LORINA does not offer exchanges or refunds. Each piece is custom-made to your size and preference, and orders cannot be returned once placed.
Alterations:
We provide one complimentary alteration (shortening or taking in) within 7 days of receiving your order. Further alterations may incur additional charges.
Damage:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a repair, but no refunds or exchanges are offered.
